Where Jaypee Equipment Gets Built
Every Jaypee machine you see on a site, whether it is a bar bender on a bridge project or a hoist on a high-rise, started life on our shop floor in Ankurhati, Howrah. We have been building construction equipment since 1982, and the factory has grown and changed a lot over that time. Meanwhile, what has not yet changed is the idea behind it: make machines that work hard, keep working, and don't give site engineers a reason to call us at midnight.
Design and Engineering Under One Roof
We have our own design unit, and it sits close to production on purpose. When a fabricator spots a better way to weld a frame, or an assembly team finds a bolt that's hard to reach, that feedback gets to the designers quickly. Many of our improvements over the years started as a conversation like that.

Our plant is in Howrah, West Bengal, and it is set up around the way equipment actually gets made. Raw material comes in at one end. Finished, inspected machines leave at the other. In between, each stage has its own space: material handling, fabrication, assembly, finishing, and final checks.
